    Le vrai Yellow Biarritz, c’est préparé au shaker. C’est deux tiers marasquin, un tiers vodka, c’est fini au champagne et servi en verre de 24 centilitres.
    Et c’est toujours servi avec une tomate évidée remplie d’une farce aux trois poissons.
