HOWTO Better Up
I’m tired. I’ve started 2009 with a good basis, but my bad habits came back. I need to make an effort. I need a moral boost, and it begins with a good health. Since I’m too nervous to stop smoking, I need to calm down first. In the next days, starting today :
- Go to bed before midnight. I think I’m not matching my sleep cycle right now
- At least ten or fifteen minutes of body workout every morning (strechings, pushups, crunches and so on). Because it will liberate a damn lot of endorphin. Yay endorphins!
- Visit a new place or a museum in Paris each week (provided it doesn’t rain). Because walking and seeing new stuff are mind-clearers. Sort of
- Take those damn vitamins pills.
- Keep my studio tidy. If my room’s a mess, by brain’s too.
- Trying to create something each week. It helps feeling bright
