Dark Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
Cold nights and warm cookies, preferably dipped in hot chocolate. I’m actually excited for Fall and Winter. This recipe makes about two dozen cookies.
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. dark chocolate chips
- 1 c. dried cranberries
Preheat the oven to 375F. Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, melt the butter and let it cool. Add the sugars, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the melted butter bowl; gradually whisk in the eggs. Combine the liquid sugar mixture into the dry mixture. Fold in cranberries and chocolate. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Really interesting… I hope I could try this in my new apartment sooner than excepted
